4. suggest how treatment could be done in phases
5. review your insurance coverage and provide an estimate of the cost

• Free teeth whitening for new patients, provided the patient agrees for the following three procedures at their initial visit: Complete Examination, Full mouth x-rays (not transferred from other practices) and Cleaning.
